In jobs where we often are asked to work within less than optimal timelines and with fewer than necessary resources, it’s key to be as efficient as possible. There are a number of tools available to keep you productive and on task. In my session, I’ll cover some project management, note taking and team communication tools that may make your life easier.

Learning Objectives

  • The perfect set of productivity tools will differ depending on the team.
  • Getting everyone on your team on board with these tools may be a challenge. Make the use of the tools useful so it's not deemed unnecessary busy work.
  • When adding tools to your workflow, start off with something simple and add new tools and integrations as needed.
